I utilize Kagan Cooperative Learning Structures on a daily basis to ensure active participation and collaboration among all learners. You'll find visual aids and posters adorning the walls, offering sentence stems to support social skill development and communication skills. Students are at the heart of everything I do. Colorful displays showcase their work, creating an inspiring atmosphere. I prioritize building strong student-teacher relationships, recognizing their critical role in academic success. With well-established routines and procedures, my classroom operates seamlessly, allowing students to focus on learning. Clear expectations and accountability empower students to reach their full potential. Students are seated in teams and each table group is equipped with necessary materials and a Kagan Management Mat, promoting organization and teamwork. But most importantly, I prioritize FUN!
